About you 

 

Further advance your administration career within our newest contract – Regional Maintenance Provider – West (RMP-West) Program.  Using your strong analytical and critical thinking skills, you’ll assist in the delivery of a timely and compliant contract to our customer.  In addition, your excellent software skills will see you providing efficient and accurate support to the team.

 

About the Role 

 

This administration position is key to the smooth running of the RMP – West team.  In this role you will welcome all new members to the team and assist those transitioning on to their next career move.  You’ll manage all documentation and work closely with the customer’s team to meet all of the Program’s administrative requirements incoming and outgoing on the secure defence network.

 

As our Business Administrator on site, you’ll add to the continued improvement of processes to see RMP West deliver highly accurate data and best practice processes on the contract. 

 

This role is based at Henderson, WA.

 

To be considered you will bring:

  • Current Australian Defence Security Clearance
  • Current AU Drivers licence
  • Strong administration experience, preferably within the maintenance or similar industry
  • High level of computer skills
