Training Support Analyst
HMS Sultan, Gosport
Fixed Term Contract – 1 Year Maternity Cover


About the role


Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit a Training Support Analyst to be responsible and accountable for the delivery of quality control, quality assurance, internal auditing, instructor Assessments service and the management and maintenance of the assessment system used to assess the achievement of Training Objectives.


You will be responsible for providing statistical data and being the focal point for Assessment and Examination packs, supporting in the creation of exams utilising the Authorities system.


You will also provide an internal validation assessment service to all courses and ensure all exam results are scanned into the system, as well as performing filing and other general office duties.


What do I need to do the role?


You will have IT systems experience within a strong administration environment, and excellent Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and produce reports.


You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


A qualification NVQ in Business administration and a Data Analysis background would be ideal.


What else do I need to know?


Working hours are 37 per week; Monday – Thursday 7.30-16:00 and Fridays 7.30-12.30.
