The role
As a Hangar and Facilities Support, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. As a supporting role to the Hangar, little tasks build up and can become critical if not processed quickly. The Hangar manager needs support keeping on top of them and the distractions they cause.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Tool Room maintenance and administration of general arrangement and it’s organisation.
- Bay cleaning, bins emptying, general maintenance.
- Servicing and asset management of GSE Equipment and Tooling
- Coordinating Contractors on site relating to external inspections of tooling and GSE assets.
- General maintenance within the hangar
This role is full time and based onsite at Gloucestershire Airport
Essential experience of the Hangar and Facilities Support:
- Stakeholder engagement at all levels in previous role
- Experienced Driver, happy to do most tasks required.
Qualifications for the Hangar and Facilities Support:
- Good standard of Maths and English (written and verbal)
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) clearance for this role.
