The role
As an Engineering and Flight Operations Support Officer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide administrative support to the Engineering and Flight operations support management team.

 

  • Day-to-day, you’ll provide administrative support to the Engineering and Flight Operations management teams, such as production of meeting minutes, record/file management, assisting in production of internal and external reports, as well as:
  • Assist with managing Engineering Rosters to accommodate changing operational requirements, holiday requests and sickness cover.
  • Process expenses, short notice travel requests, . Stationery & uniform orders, overtime records and production of associated reports/KPI data.
  • Assist with the management of fleet vehicles records, maintenance planning and supplier liaison.
  • The production and management of department general purchase orders and invoice paperwork

 

This role is full time and based onsite at Staverton (Gloucestershire Airport).

 

Essential experience of the Engineering and Flight Operations Support Officer:

  • Experience in an Engineering or Aviation related business environment desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and Visio 

 

Qualifications for the Engineering and Flight Operations Support Officer:

  • Higher Education in Business, Engineering or Office Management desirable.
