The role
As an Aviator Auditor, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Helping to ensure that Babcock is compliant in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements, you will have sight of activities in the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service and Police helicopter Operations.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll deliver on the Engineering Audit Plan, as well as:

  • Support with the Compliance Monitoring Programme requirements, such as coordination of Engineering Authorisations. 
  • SME-level understanding of Engineering Authorisations and limitations to support the team and managers.
  • Work with stakeholder with excellent personal management and supervisory skills able to be the driver of one’s own success factors.


This role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite at Staverton (Gloucestershire Airport).

 

Essential experience of the Aviator Auditor:

  • Recent experience gained in a similar Aviation Environment over a period in excess of 5 years.
  • Strong knowledge or an ability to learn and absorb the application of aviation regulations including Part CAMO & Part 145 
  • Can demonstrates relevant and current Auditor skills or the ability to be able to develop these skills


Qualifications for the Aviator Auditor:

  • Trained Auditor and / or Aviation engineering Part 145 and/or Part CAMO experience

  • The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain BPSS Clearance.
