The role
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Having warehouse duties to meet contractual outputs.
Day-to-day, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Receipt, management, issue and dispatch or material to meet customer requirements
- Loading/off-loading freight from National Freight Provider and driving duties for on base distribution
- Stock taking and inspection of stock
- Implementation of the Company Safety, Quality and Environmental policies in a Warehouse Team ensuring that assessments of risks are carried out which lead to safe working attitudes and practices
- Operation of Log IS/Babcock Systems
This role is full time and based onsite at Faslane.
Essential experience of the Warehouse Operative:
- Manual Handling
- Warehouse experience
Qualifications for the Warehouse Operative:
- Forklift licence
- Driving License
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
