The role
As a Multi Skilled Operative you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide support to our Utilities team as and when you are required. 

Day-to-day, you’ll provide support to Utilities teams undertake operations to enable the completion of all tasks to ensure the department meets the objectives of the Business.

• Ensure that work is carried out in line with current processes and make suggestions on improving systems and processes to increase productivity in accordance with department set objectives and timescales.
• Work within all H&S legislation, Safe Systems Of Work and control of work processes within Clyde policies.
• Perform any reasonable task within your existing skills and capability, as directed

This position involves working at height.Candidates must be able to work safely and perform tasks at varying heights.

This role is full time. 36 hours per week and is based on site at Faslane. The role is Monday-Friday with a half day on the Friday.

Essential experience of the Multi Skilled Operative

• Risk Assessments, COSHH & Safe Systems of Work.
• Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
• Working experience with a Forklift or working with heights would be preferable but not essential. 
• Open and willing to complete training provided.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC security clearance for this role.
