The role
As an Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will provide vital administrative support to ensure seamless project execution, contributing to the efficiency of the Health and Safety team.
Day-to-day, you’ll assist with Security Clearance applications for Visitors and Contractors while ensuring smooth administrative processes. Additionally, you will:
- Manage our Contractor Management System, including data input and reporting
- Creating and maintaining documentation in line with Document Control protocols
- Taking meeting minutes and notes as required
- Raising Purchase Orders
This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 1 day working from home.
Essential experience of the Administrator
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation
- Effective communication skills for liaising with teams and contractors
Qualifications for the Administrator
- Business administration/other relevant qualifications however we will also consider those with demonstrable administrative work experience and a willingness to learn
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
