Senior Commercial Manager


Salary £65,000 plus car allowance


About the role

Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager to manage all of the Commercial activity that takes place at Telford for DSG, main area of focus is the I&RM contract.


You will report into the Commercial Director and you will need to be able to negotiate and agree contractual changes and lead bids as necessary.


Working for Babcock has plenty of opportunities for senior management and promotion from within which is encouraged more than in most organisations.

DSG is a huge and high profile contract for Babcock and opportunities are there for personal development.


What do I need to do the role?


  • A strong track record of Commercial contract negotiations within an MOD industry
  • ITAR working understanding is essential
  • Experience of the full lifecycle of contract negotiation and implementation
  • Confident communicator/presentation skills.


Degree level and CIPS/MCIPS is desirable but not essential.
