About the role

 

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will be joining the Talent Acquisition Australasia team.

 

In this role, you will manage the end to end recruitment and selection lifecycle, from job brief to attraction campaigns, interviewing, pre-employment checks and offer.  You will have the opportunity to partner with a diverse range of stakeholders to understand their talent acquisition requirements, you’ll craft and execute sourcing and selection strategies to access the best talent in market, you’ll build candidate pipelines through talent pooling using innovative out of the box ideas and you’ll provide a professional and seamless candidate experience.

 

You will be responsible for working closely with your stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve the recruitment services and ensure that the model enables proactive pipeline activities and initiatives to source critical skill sets for current and future needs.

To be considered for this role, it’s essential that you have:

 

  • Experience in a similar role;
  • The ability to deliver a high volume of roles in a fast paced environment;
  • Sound experience in LinkedIn recruiter and able to find and attract niche skill sets;
  • Proven experience in designing successful sourcing campaigns;
  • An enthusiastic approach and enjoy working in a collaborative and delivery focused environment;
  • A desire to contribute to continuous improvement;
  • Experience with SuccessFactors would be a bonus!
