The role
As a Senior Transformation Analyst, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. As a Senior member of the team you will have the opportunity to deputise for the Analyst Lead of the Transformation Hub. Being a Centralised Team, you will gain a wide exposure to the whole of Devonport operations including most functions across the site. You have the opportunity to provide ongoing support, training and mentoring to a team of junior analysts and have the autonomy to lead on various projects across the site.  

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be collating data and transforming it into meaningful information as well as supporting stakeholders at all levels to enable decision making.

 

  • Creating, publishing and presenting cyclical or one-off reports to a variety of stakeholders considering the audience to ensure maximum impact.
  • Supporting project and programme managers in defining problems using data to identify priorities, scope and focus.
  • Delivering analytical capabilities across the transformation portfolio to enable data driven decision making, including extracting and transforming data.
  • Engage with a variety of teams to collate data to support transformation metrics in a proactive manner.
  • Supporting the creation, management and publishing of dashboards using appropriate tools considering user experience 

 

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.

 

Essential experience of the Senior Transformation Analyst

  • A Proven experience within a PMO and/or Data Analytics environment.
  • Strong computer literacy including such as MS Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Experience or knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, M, VBA or Python.
  • Experience authoring SharePoint 2019 sites, designing UI/UX experiences.
  • Experience utilising Nintex workflow, MS flow or equivalent to design systems processes.

 

Qualifications for the Senior Transformation Analyst

  • A recognised higher-level qualification in a STEM subject or equivalent experience – Financial or Business
  • APM Fundamentals Qualification – Desirable
