The role

As a Project Manager – Digital Projects, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be part of the initiative in the development of the data warehousing and global information management system roll out.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll lead on the Digital Projects across the business, including group level and this includes training, design and implementation phases of the project.

 

  • Lead cross-functional teams across IT and business to deliver digital initiatives, including Project Management Information System (PMIS), data warehouses, and BI platforms. Manage plans, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and smooth change management. Support training and adoption of new systems.
  • Implement governance frameworks to ensure compliance with project standards, data policies, and regulations. Report regularly to senior leadership on progress and strategic alignment.
  • Control budgets and funding, tracked costs, and ensured efficient, cost-effective delivery with clear Return on Investment (ROI)
  • Advance data-driven practices by improving reporting and delivering insights. Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and digital maturity.

 

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days in the office/onsite and 2-3 days working from home.

 

Essential experience of the Project Manager – Digital Projects

 

  • Agile/waterfront project methodologies
  • Experience working within a digital space
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Proven Project Management experience, working on Digital Projects
  • Knowledge/experience of data warehousing, Global MI, data transformation

 

Qualifications for the Project Manager – Digital Projects

 

  • APMQ
  • Prince 2 qualified
  • PPCF
