The role
As an Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to projects that support national defence and infrastructure development.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll you’ll provide essential front-facing office support to senior managers and project teams within our Major Infrastructure Projects business unit. You’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively will be key.

 

  • Providing general administrative support across site, including reception duties and building access coordination.
  • Managing diaries, room bookings, and minute-taking for meetings.
  • Typing letters and reports, photocopying, scanning, and archiving documents.
  • Processing access requests and escorting visitors when required.
  • Acting as deputy building controller and supporting document control activities.

 

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 4 days in the office/onsite and 1 days working from home.

 

Essential experience of the Administrator

  • Knowledge of office procedures and administrative processes.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills.

 

Qualifications for the Administrator

  • GCSEs in English and Math’s at grade C or equivalent.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.

 

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
