About the role
Babcock is currently looking for our next cohort of Graduates to develop and support as we look to them to become Babcock’s next group of high potentials.  

 

If you are graduate currently undertaking or near completion of your studies towards a Degree or Masters in Project Management, then this program is designed for you. The programme will see you bring all your knowledge and enthusiasm to light and bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace.

What will you be doing?

The programme will run full time for 24 months, drawing on a range of development activities that will see you grow and strengthen your technical and soft skills so you become business ready.

 

You will expand your network and build your skills by rotating across multiple disciplines.  You will grow your capability by partnering with other graduates and business leaders in our diverse Marine business.

 

As a Graduate, you will need to

  • Be in your final year of study of a University Degree; OR
  • Have completed your Degree or Masters in Project Management
  • Hold excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to use initiative and prioritise workload
  • Be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Be able to commence our program on 21st November 2022
