The role
As a Reporting Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Supporting our mission critical, high profile and complex programme with change and transformational elements. Your role will form part of the Business Operations Unit, who playing a key role in being the centre and the heart of the Skynet programme.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be driving strategic planning and project initiatives within the organisation. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, analyse trends and identify growth and process improvement opportunities. 

  • Leading on the management and tracking of our contractual deliverables, liaising with deliverable owners, Service Delivery and Commercial stakeholders, as well as our customer stakeholders
  • You will be a main point of contact for our customer within the Business Operations team, dealing with enquiries and plans surrounding contractual document deliverables
  • Supporting the production of our performance reports, collaborating with wider areas of the programme to identify and articulate our performance levels
  • Owning KPIs related to your responsible area and conducting ongoing trend and risk analyses
  • Contributing to the production of Babcock’s periodic Business Unit Performance reports

 

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 1 day in the office/onsite and 4 days working from home. 

 

Essential experience of the Reporting Lead

  • Stakeholder management
  • Have an understanding of Key Performance Indicators and the role they play in Programme success
  • Commercial awareness
  • Have experience delivering or supporting the development of business reports
  • Microsoft programmes and data management experience

 

Qualifications for the Reporting Lead

  • Degree or equivalent qualification / experience
  • Holds a clean UK driving license

The successful candidate must be a SOLE UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
