The role

 

The difference our new Lead Trainer will make

 

As a Lead Trainer you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will ensure compliance with Babcock Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adhering to relevant responsibilities and accountabilities.

 

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for Line Management support and guidance to staff to maximise individual development relevant to their business role.

Essential experience

•    Demonstration of strong performance at managerial level.
•    You will need sound knowledge of HSE and Quality procedures.
•    Sound understanding of commercial, contractual and financial matters
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•    IT literate (MS Office).
•    Excellent personnel management/coaching skills.
•    You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving ‘Security Check’ (SC) clearance
