Join us as an Incident Responder at our Capenhurst site, where you'll become part of a highly skilled security team, responding swiftly and professionally to medical emergencies, fire hazards, and security incidents.

 

As an Incident Responder, you'll be the first line of defence - highly trained to respond calmly and effectively to a variety of situations. Day-to-day could find you: 

 

  • Conducting regular patrols, both internally and externally, to identify and report any safety hazards or security breaches. 
  • Controlling access to and from the site, and performing authorised searches (including vehicles)
  • Monitoring and mitigating Threats; utilising CCTV and security alarms to identify risks
  • Responding to Emergencies: receiving and processing emergency calls, ensuring prompt responses
  • Deploying resources and taking necessary actions to mitigate security incidents, fires or other emergencies
  • Analysing security footage, reports and evidence to determine the root cause of incidents and identify areas for improvement.

What do I need?

  • Previous experience in security, military services, police force, fire service or similar
  • Excellent conflict management and incident management skills
  • Effective communication and report writing abilities and a keen eye for detail
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle day, night, and emergency shift work
  • Ability to work at height. You must be able to work safely and perform tasks at varying heights.
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Ability to obtain and maintain SC security clearance
