The difference our new Project Manager will make

As a Project Manager you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Working on the Skynet Service Delivery Wrap Contract, you’ll play your part in supporting vital military satellite communication systems. Your work will contribute to shaping the future of satellite communication systems within defence. And, with our track record of innovation, you’ll continually develop your knowledge and expertise.

Day to day, you’ll co-ordinate an integrated project delivery team ensuring that successful delivery of projects through planning monitoring and control in an INCOSE Systems Engineering environment, manage stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, supply chain, client engagement and partners, identify, monitor, plan and implement responses and reporting of risks, lead the project to deliver world class performance by means of employee engagement, continuous improvement and identifying and implementing the latest technology and establish and maintain governance arrangements for the delivery of the project, defining clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.

This role provides Hybrid working with work onsite at Bristol and working from home.

Essential experience

•    Full INCOSE Systems Engineering lifecycle experience. 
•    Previous experience on a complex defence and telecommunication projects / programmes, preferably MilSatCom.
•    Project delivery and proven bid wins within defence. 
•    Ability to champion high performance and inspire others.
