Shift pattern: 1 week early Monday to Thursday 06:15 to 14:15, Friday 06:15 am to 12:15. 1 week late 14:00 to 21:00 Monday to Thursday and 12:00 to 20:00 on Friday. Shift pattern allowance for both shifts - Time and 3rd. Also, agile working to bank hours in order time off.

The role

The difference our new Skilled Machinist will make
As a Skilled Machinist, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be working in a small but highly effective team where the highest of standards will be expected from both a technical and behavioural perspective.

Day to day, you’ll be machining components to drawing tolerances in a range of materials. The components are medium to large, up to 10 tonnes.

CNC Miller

Required Experience
Time served skilled machinist with experience of manufacturing medium/large components on CNC milling machines.  The ideal candidate would have excellent all round engineering skills, understand Heidenhain & Hurco programming, be able to use overhead cranes and be flexible to shift patterns.To machine components to engineering drawings with tolerance and planned hours.
