The Requirements Manager SKYNET role is based within our Mission Systems business area.

The role
The difference our new Requirements Manager will make
As a Requirements Manager you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Supporting the vital Skynet Service introduction and delivery, you’ll be responsible for carrying out activities related to the management of requirements and V&V activities.As the Requirements Manager you will act as main point of contact for Requirements Management and Requirements Engineering using DOORS toolset for the Integrated Project Team.
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for the DOORS environment comprising the administration and reporting of all programme requirements. This will include the creation, management and administration of access control, roles and permissions; establishing the baseline artifacts/requirements set; all modules, folders artifacts and attributes including types, properties, formatting, review and storage and also link setting, validity; constraints and the resolution of invalid links.

Essential experience
• Experience of using and administration of Requirement Management software, including DOORS and DOORS NG.
• Demonstrable requirements management experience preferably within defence or telecommunications.
• Collaborative individual.
• Knowledge and experience of working to the V-Model
