The role
As a Project Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is an exciting role playing a pivotal part supporting the capability team, for DSG projects and customers. 

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for contract amendment administrative support of the Service, Provision and Transformation Contract (SPTC) Reframe Programme.

 

  • Maintain contract administration in accordance with established processes and best practice
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with customer and other stakeholders for the benefit of continuing quality business and deliver of structured documentation
  • Provide administrative support to monitor, manage and mitigate risk to Babcock and the customer
  • Draft and agree documentation to enable education and management of updated contracts

 

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.


Essential experience of the Project Administrator: 

  • Considerable experience in an administrative role
  • High degree of literacy and numeracy
  • Good legal and commercial awareness
  • Able to plan and prioritise with a focus on delivering results

 

Qualifications for the Project Administrator:

  • Degree level or equivalent relevant experience

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
