The Role
As a Training Solution Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll provide leadership and direction in the development of a next generation technical training solution for the armed forces. 

Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for the development of the targer operating modeal and the processes to succesfully deliver the training solution. 

• Accountable for delivering a winning technical solution in line with win strategy
• Lead and manage the design and development of the bid solution
• Indentify capabilities and services to meet customer needs and demands
• Support the development of the proposal response as required
• Lead the development of the programme master schedule 

This role is full time, 37 hours per week and requires regular travel across a range of internal and customer sites on a weekly / monthly basis alongside home working arrangements.

Essential experience of the Training Solution Lead

• Previous experience of designing and delivering a technical solution  
• In depth understanding of defence training  
• Experience in development of training services and enabling services  
• Understanding of systems approach to training and/or ADDIE models
• Experience of working with and managing multi-discipline teams 

Qualifications for the Training Solution Lead

• Degree level qualified preferred
