The role
As a Junior Fleet Analyst. you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will monitor, acquire and hold data both from internal and industry sources to generate dashboards and reports that help data-driven business decisions.
Day-to-day, the role includes the onboarding and disposal of assets, financial management, performing through life analysis and supporting engineering challenges affecting the asset value. You will also complete a two year apprenticeship while in position and upon successful completion of this, you will remain in the permanent role. The role is an immediate start.
- Management of fleet database and fleet repository.
- Support the accomplishment of the Fleet and Technical strategy.
- Aviation project work including data gathering, analysis and presentation.
- Analysis of aircraft utilisation and other fleet management metrics.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Document administration.
This role is full time working 37 hours per week and preferred location is Bristol. Other remote locations include Glasgow/Shropshire areas.
Essential experience of the Junior Fleet Analyst
- Must show a keen enthusiasm for the aviation industry and a willingness to learn.
- IT literacy and the ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
- Able to communicate verbal and written English.
Qualifications for the Junior Fleet Analyst
- A minimum of 64 points from any combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications, and a Level 2 in English and Maths.
- Level 3, A-Levels or equivalent in a STEM subject is preferred.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
