The role
As an Integrated Logistic Support Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be part of an international company that’s continually innovating. Our aspirations are big – and you’ll help make them possible.

 

Day to day, you’ll be working alongside and supporting the Programme Design Authority and Service Engineering Manager. You’ll be responsible for the management and design of the support solution, creation of the in-service support arrangements and regular in-life monitoring and reporting.  This role will also require you to “roll up your sleeves” and conduct reliability, maintainability and supportability analysis activities. You’ll be supported by SQEP from the other ILS disciplines, and you will be required to develop the team. You’ll manage your own schedule, visiting our customer, team members and other staff that may be on customer sites around the UK and occasionally overseas. 

 

This role is full time, thirty-seven hours per week and will be based at Ashton House with hybrid working from home arrangements.


Essential experience of the Integrated Logistic Support Manager:

  • Experience of In-Service Support of Military equipment
  • Experience of MoD standards and service-based contracts
  • A good knowledge of ILS/IPS requirements at all stages of the lifecycle
  • Demonstrable experience of availability, reliability and maintainability including generating hazard identification (HAZID)/hazard analysis (HAZAN), Failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA) reliability block diagram (RBD), fault tree analysis (FTA) level of repair analysis, (LoRA) etc

 

Qualifications for the Integrated Logistic Support Manager:

Please note that this position is subject to enhanced national security vetting. The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to satisfy Ministry of Defence security requirements (this may include obtaining SC, NNPPI or Developed Vetting (DV) level of security clearances).
