The role
As a Facilities Management Integration Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll work on a range of exciting design, manufacture and support projects, whilst working with a number of key clients domestically and internationally. 

 

Day to day, you’ll:

 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with the Subcontract including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Be accountable for management of Facilities Management budgetary

 

This position involves travel/working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role.

 

This role is full time, 37-hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.


Essential experience of the Facilities Management Integration Lead:

  • Experience with management of contractors
  • Experience working in partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and with people from apprentices to senior management  
  • A person who is adaptable and self-confident in navigating uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity in order to deliver continuous improvement

 

Qualifications for the Facilities Management Integration Lead:

  • Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) or equivalent qualifications

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
