Through the use of data we provide information and decision making support at the point of need enabling the most critical parts of our business to support our customers in making decisions that count.

Overall Scheme Structure

Whilst the scheme is predominantly based in Bristol you will be encouraged and supported to undertake off-site placements at some of our other business units around the UK

For years 3 and 4, the programme will split into your chosen specialism: Data Analytics or Software Engineering. At this point your placements and degree will mirror your specialism.

In year 5 you will enter your ‘Responsible Position’ in an area of the business you want to specialise in and at the end of the year will end up as either a Data Analyst or Software Engineer.
