Babcock is an advanced user of information and data analytics. How to we use data is pivotal to our future business success.

Through the use of data we provide information and decision making support at the point of need enabling the most critical parts of our business to support our customers in making decisions that count.

Overall Scheme Structure

Whilst the scheme is predominantly based in Bristol you will be encouraged and supported to undertake off-site placements at some of our other business units around the UK

For the first four years you will attend college on a day release basis, with assessments taking place in the workplace.  For years 1 and 2 you will complete a range of modules aimed at providing you with a solid basis in the digital environment. For years 3 and 4, the programme will split into your chosen specialism: Data Analytics or Software Engineering. At this point your placements and degree will mirror your specialism.
