The Role

As a Business Performance Data Analytics Manager, you'll lead the development of a high-performing data analytics capability supporting some of the UK's most significant defence and nuclear programmes. What you’ll do:

  • Lead and develop the PMO data analytics capability, driving continuous improvement and establishing best practice across reporting and performance insight.
  • Deliver high-quality business intelligence, analytics and performance reporting that supports informed decision-making at all levels.
  • Develop and maintain data visualisation, reporting and forecasting solutions that enhance governance and business performance.
  • Improve data quality, reporting processes and analytics tools to provide accurate, reliable and actionable insight.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing data analytics culture.

What you’ll need:

  • Experience leading data analytics, business intelligence or performance reporting teams within a complex organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of reporting, data visualisation and performance management methodologies.
  • Experience developing management information and analytics solutions for senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of modern analytics technologies, including data platforms, automation and emerging artificial intelligence capabilities.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organisational improvement through data-led insights.

We value difference and don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can demonstrate relatable experience and a great attitude then we would like to hear from you.
