Apprentice Enrolment Administrator

About the role
Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit an Apprentice Enrolment Administrator.


On a daily basis, you’ll be contacting leads and gathering as much information as possible to provide to our Trainers. This will not involve cold calls.


• Manage Apprenticeship enrolments through to handover
• Work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets, seeking to achieve and exceed individual and team targets related to signing up Apprentices
• Ensure compliance to procedures and processes
• Contact employers/learners to signup apprentices


You’ll have a lot of exposure as you’ll be working within all sectors within Babcock. We have a great team that you’ll be working alongside and we are based in brand new offices in Bristol!
What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need to have minimum A-C GCSE grade in English with excellent communication skills. If you have administration experience, this would be beneficial.
