The Role
As an Transition Co-ordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will ensure overall governance and efficiency of all support activities, manage budgets and ensure capture of requirements and allocation of resources.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll be proactively working to ensure the integration of support disciplines with wider internal stakeholders, suppliers and customers.

  • Own and maintain Infrastructure check lists for all Maturity Gate reviews, Organisational Design Reviews, Service Assurance Commissioning reviews and Technical Design reviews
  • Process and procedure control, coordinating 6 monthly reviews
  • Attendance at gate reviews and communication to Technical Infrastructure Stakeholders
  • Act as Bid Manager/Project Manager for opportunities/minor projects which fall within Technical Infrastructure
  • Capture forward load for Technical Infrastructure resource in support of Bids and Change requests and inputs to customer facing reviews


This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.

 

Essential experience of the Transition Co-ordinator

  • Experience in working across multiple projects and delivering various outputs
  • Experience in a commercial or Procurement environment
  • Experience of working with stakeholders and client at various levels
  • Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Software
  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise
  • Experience of working to safety procedures

 

Qualifications for the Transition Co-ordinator

  • UK Driving Licence 
  • Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
