Training Delivery Resourcing Manager


About the role
Here at Babcock International we’re looking to recruit a Training Delivery Resourcing Manager.

You’’ll be responsible for the allocation of suitably trained staff to deliver training, management of vehicle allocation, and to forecast projected usage of these staff, ‘what if’ analysis and scenario modelling.


Major tasks and activities:
• Managing volume forecast data, including; updating forecast data and tracking actuals vs forecast
• Building and developing modelling tools, data sets and analytics
• Developing and managing demand management processes and policies
• Analysing and documenting resource requirements
• Maximising utilisation and smoothing resource requirements
• Managing the geographical allocation of staff efficiently  across numerous locations
• Inputting demand into financial models and forecasts


What do I need to do the role?
You’ll need 5 GCSEs grade C or above, including Maths and English or equivalent, 2 A levels grade C or above, covering either Maths, Science, Computing or business/economics subjects or equivalent or a specific IT/data/business/project based qualification.

Would also like you to be analytical, numerically focused, advanced Excel skills and MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
