The role
As a Clerk, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. A Supply Control Accounting Section Clerk provides support for the supply section in a multitude of areas including administrative progression, asset accounting, inventory administration, stock taking progression and other required tasks. SCAS Clerks are required to ensure policy is adhered to.

Day-to-day, you will be the main point of contact for the control and accounting of assets on Station at RAF Halton, as well as:
•    Voucher Progression & administration of the supply accounts filing system. 
•    Assisting in the administration of inventory progression on station.
•    Batch and serial number management for assets utilised by supply and station inventories
•    Carry out other tasks to support the HADES contractual delivery; within your sphere of experience and capability as directed by Babcock management.

This role is full time and based onsite at RAF Halton.

Essential experience of the Clerk:
•    Competent in the use IT systems and MS Office software including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
•    Ability to complete online training for required IT systems used within the Supply Section, along with the capacity to attend external courses where required.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
