Babcock is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join the Finance team based in Devonport, Auckland on a 1 year Fixed-Term Contract.

You’ll be at the heart of managing high-volume invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in supplier payments, and maintaining clean, reliable data. You are detail-oriented, organised, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You bring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and experience in high-volume invoice processing. You’re confident using ERP systems and Excel, and you enjoy solving problems and improving processes. You work well independently and as part of a team, and you’re ready to support broader finance functions. Key Required Qualifications
- Qualification in accounting, finance, or related discipline

- Familiarity with ERP systems (IFS, Sage, Pagero preferred)
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
