About the role
Our Rigging and Transport Department are seeking experienced Riggers to join our highly skilled team based in Devonport, Auckland.
In this role you will be involved in the movement of a wide variety of equipment and stores on and off vessels and ashore. From propellers to pumps you will have a variety of challenges to face on the Royal NZ Naval ships and commercial vessels.
Role Specifics
- $34 - $39 per hour
- $51 - $57 Time and a half (40-43hrs)
- $68 - $76 Double time (43hrs+)

About you
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has the following attributes
- Strong Health & Safety focus.
- Trade Certified as an Advanced Rigger ort minimum 3 years practical experience
- Able to work in confined spaces and at heights.
- Ideally hold a certificate of competence in Crane Operation (Tower and Mobile).
- Ideally hold class 4 Heavy Trade licence, along with Fork Hoist F endorsement.
- Ideally a background in the marine industry.
- Available to work overtime on weekends and evenings.
