As an experienced Talent professional, it goes without saying that customer service is really important to you.  You’re reliable, professional, enthusiastic and the kind of person who delights in helping the business achieve their goals and providing candidates with a positive experience.

You’ll have a strategic mindset which has successfully enabled you to mobilise talent in a high-paced environment.  You will have experience within the Defence Industry, sourcing Engineers and Project Managers.  You approach everything with a proactive mindset and look at what’s possible, rather than not possible.  You are an expert headhunter who can locate and successfully engage with talent in a global market.  You’ll have a creative flare which you use to design compelling recruitment campaigns, EVP and employer branding initiatives.



About the role

Reporting to the Head of Talent and Experience, you will co-design the sourcing strategy and EVP for our new joint venture, market map niche talent and build and engage talent pools to mobilise a brand new workforce!  As this is both strategic and operational, you will be on the tools delivering an exceptional service to our candidates and stakeholders.
