About the Role


Babcock is seeking a SharePoint Developer to join our IT team in Adelaide, bringing expertise and a proactive mindset to deliver impactful solutions. This role offers the opportunity to create and implement SharePoint solutions that boost productivity and enhance operational efficiency, directly influencing how we work. 

 

You’ll apply your senior-level expertise to design and develop custom SharePoint solutions tailored to our organisational needs, ensuring our sites are secure, reliable, and high-performing. Your ability to optimise SharePoint functionality and deliver effective solutions will enhance our operations.
 

This role thrives on collaboration—you’ll partner with stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to understand needs and provide practical, customer-focused outcomes. Supporting end-users with your technical know-how, you’ll empower them to make the most of SharePoint’s capabilities.

To be successful, you will bring:
 

  • Australian citizenship with eligibility to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint development, including experience with SharePoint Online and/or on-premises environments.
  • Experience with the 3rd-party migration tool ShareGate.
  • Experience with Nintex Forms & Workflow as well as the Power Platform - Power Apps & Power Automate.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing SharePoint solutions.
  • Experience with PowerShell for SharePoint administration and automation tasks. 
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for modern SharePoint development (Desirable).
  • Experience with jQuery for enhanced UI customisation (Desirable).
