H&B Defence is a mission‑focused Joint Venture committed to delivering excellence in support of Australia’s sovereign defence capability. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Administrator to support the delivery of consistent, compliant, and high‑quality outputs across the organisation.

 

About the Role

In this role, you will assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and support quality assurance processes that align with customer and business expectations. You will help maintain document control workflows, monitor compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting ISO compliance, maintaining and improving document workflows, administering SharePoint or equivalent BMS platforms, supporting internal audits, and producing clear, accurate documentation. You will also help identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance system usability while ensuring adherence to information classification and security protocols.

You enjoy working collaboratively with technical and operational teams and bring a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. You communicate clearly, adapt to different audiences, and take pride in supporting a culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement.

 

To Be Successful in This Position You Will Have

  • Experience managing controlled documents and supporting Business Management Systems
  • Strong writing, formatting, and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and document workflows effectively.
