About the Role

In this newly created role, you will support the program management office in their endeavours to establish, and mobilise a new program within our defence portfolio. Working closely with the Program Performance Manager, you will hold responsibility for:


  • Provision of administrative tasks for the management services team for the program;
  • Coordinating meetings, minutes, and agendas, alongside preparing documentation to support key program reviews, and reporting requirements;
  • Compile reports and data to support the delivery of program management services; and
  • Coordinate project administration activities across cross-functional teams to support program outcomes and milestones.



About You

The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and have demonstrated experience in providing administrative support within large, and complex programs.



  • Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated ability to work within a fast paced environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate changing requirements with ease, and manage conflicting priorities; and
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and various levels of seniority.
