About the Role 

This position is an exciting career opportunity for you to establish your Aviation career.  Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for the operational and administrative support of Babcock Aviation and Mission Critical Services employees.  As the Operations Officer, you will work closely with, and maximise the efficiency of, the team and the operations of Aviation. 

 

The variety of this role means no two days are ever the same.  You’ll manage operational rosters, domestic and international travel, uniform requests and assist in the induction and planning of new employees. You’ll assist with the support of Aircraft on ground (AOG), emergency response plans and importantly alert the team to potential or known problems that could impact the delivery of this service. 

 

With your excellent communication skills both written and verbal you’ll work with the business to provide a professional support service across all our Australian locations.  With a strong understanding of the Enterprise Agreement and solid MS Office Suite skills you’ll bring great support to the team and the broader business.

 

This position is based at our Franklin Street Head Office in Adelaide and we offer flexible working arrangements.  Enquire and we can come to a mutually agreeable arrangement.
