About the Role

Are you passionate about creating exceptional environments where people thrive? Babcock are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to elevate our Adelaide premises beyond basic functionality. In this role, you'll ensure our spaces are not only functional but also inviting for both employees and visitors.

 

Your mission will involve overseeing a wide range of services, from managing building upkeep and security to coordinating with external building management and handling employee relocations. Efficiency, precision, and a commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction are crucial as you navigate lease agreements, supervise maintenance contractors, and maintain up-to-date office plans.
 

You'll also work closely with HR to support onboarding processes and ensure all legal and safety standards are met. This is also great opportunity for you to mentor and manage our reception team and help with reception cover during leave periods.

To be successful, you will bring:
 

  • Australian Citizenship with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain).
  • Previous experience in a service delivery role in the field of business administration, corporate services or management. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with all levels of management, as well as external agencies such as contractors and suppliers to achieve high levels of service.
  • High level computer skills and demonstrated experience in database management.
  • Tertiary qualification in business management or administration (desirable).
