About the role

 

Reporting to Head of Operations and/or Head of Engineering and based in Adelaide, the Engineering Administrator will provide administrative support across the offshore Aviation business.  You will be responsible for the maintenance planning board, preparing aircraft maintenance job cards, maintaining engineering inventory and consumable levels, preparing engineering reports and meeting minutes.  In addition, you will be required to support the operations team with travel, rostering and various other admin duties as required.

 

About you

 

You will be an experienced administrator who has outstanding attention to detail and brings an analytical approach to the role.

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional time management and co-ordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal, decision making and communication skills with a customer centric approach
  • The ability to work as part of a team with flexibility and a positive attitude
