Business Development Lead - Asset Services

About the role

As a Business Development Lead, you will develop opportunities in the Asset Services domain through research, analysis and customer engagement aligned to Babcock’s strategic goals and objectives.

Your insight, relationships, knowledge and experience in the fleet management and asset services domain will help to secure strategic programs for Babcock across Australia and New Zealand, while working as part of an integrated team of business winning professionals.

 

About you

You will have significant experience in the Fleet and/or Asset Services sector, with a good network of contacts, an understanding of key stakeholders, customer strategies, and their overall future trajectory.

You know how people, technology and process come together to deliver great cost effective, value-added Asset Management solutions.

You have a growth mindset and are passionate about what you do. Whilst we always hire for attitude and provide training and mentoring to our staff - a level of acumen and experience in Business Development and/or Capture Management is needed.

 

A hunger for success, with innovative thinking will see you creating value and developing solutions that stand out from the crowd. This along with your strong communication and negotiation skills, will see you successful in role.

 

Please note that this role is open to applicants based in Adelaide, Canberra or Melbourne.
