Join our Aviation & Critical Services team and play a vital role in supporting supporting our operations in Adelaide, where we operation South Australian State Rescue Helicopter Service (SRHS) for Emergency Medical Services,

About the role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Aircrew Officer who thrives in high‑performance environments and is ready to make a real impact.
You will ensure safe and compliant flight operations in accordance with CASA regulations and report on any operational or maintenance issues. You’ll complete all pre- and post- flight documentations including EMS, Search and Rescue and provide the pilot with accurate visual observation and flight relevant information. You’ll operate the rescue hoist, perform front left seat (FLS) tasks and oversee aircraft preparation and post flight husbandry. This is a rewarding position with responsibilities that save lives.
About you
You’ll need to possess the below essential criteria and pass the compliance process including the comprehensive Aircrew fitness test.
- Minimum 500 hours experience as an Aircrew Officer
- Winch Operator endorsement (12+ months) or military equivalent
- NVIS endorsement with proven experience
- At least 150 hours EMS experience
- Current HUET or HUET with EBS certification
- Senior First Aid / Advanced Resus qualifications
- Valid CASA Class 2 Medical Certificate
- Certificate IV in Aviation (AVI40116 Aircrewman or AVI40119 Aircrew Officer)
