Here at Cavendish Nuclear we are looking to appoint a Business Delivery Manager, who will lead, manage and develop opportunities to ensure profitable delivery within the Sellafield Business Unit.

 

The role will be responsible for the operational management of a high performing Business Unit to ensure the achievement of planned revenue growth, operational and strategic financial objectives.

 

This involves controlling a unit consisting of multiple teams such that resources are deployed and fully utilised to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly schedules and plans at the required time, quality and cost consistent with Business Unit requirements.


What do I need to do the role?

 

We would like you know the Cumbrian Nuclear industry well and be able to bring along wealth of connections to assist in developing new relationships for Cavendish Nuclear.

 

We would also like you to hold all or some of the following:

• Qualification in relevant technical / project management discipline
• Experience of successful delivery of multiple complex contracts – large and small
• Sound financial understanding - previous P&L responsibility
• Negotiation, communication and influencing skills.
• Sound commercial awareness and customer service skills.
• Relevant UK Nuclear industry experience


What else do I need to know?
