The role

 

The difference our new Strategy Consultant will make


As a Strategy Consultant you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll ensure that Cavendish stays up-to-date and relevant within the industries in which we operate, allowing our company to provide a robust and consistent level of good service to our clients on a short-term and long-term basis.

 

Day to day, you’ll focus on strategy making – focusing on industry trends and new technologies and where we need to invest in to offer our services better to clients—pitching to our senior leaders and working with academic partners to develop.

This role provides mainly home working however, you’ll need to be based within commuting distance of one of our offices. You’ll also need to travel to our Warrington site once every other month to meet with the team. 


Essential experience

 

•    Will have worked in technology strategy development
•    Will be interested in working in deployment in a hands-on way 
•    Experience in market research, business and commercial mechanisms and processes, data and proposals analysis skills
•    Experience in the civil nuclear industry or another regulated industry 
•    Extensive research knowledge and experience involving utilising numerous information sources, and subsequent presentation of the results in a manner which supports strategic and tactical decision making
•    Ability to work collaboratively with key internal and external leaders, partners, suppliers and customers
