The role
As a Project Quality Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will have the opportunity to join an existing quality community within Cavendish, working on a number of exciting projects, acting as a figurehead for quality, influencing and directing our project teams.

Day to day, you’ll develop and manage project quality arrangements.

• Proactively support and advise on all aspects of quality management on projects, including risks and issues.
• As required, effective management and utilisation of assigned project quality personnel.
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with both internal and external Customers.
• Developing and implementing appropriate auditing arrangements within the project, both internally and externally (e.g. Suppliers) and ensuring any project quality non-conformances / issues are managed and closed out.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Warrington, Cheshire (three days in the office)

Essential experience of the Project Quality Manager:

• Ideally be qualified to a HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject e.g. engineering
• Equivalent experience within a Quality project role in a regulated industry environment 
• Auditing experienced, with the capability to establish and implement a risk-based assurance program 
• Experience managing quality teams operationally and as a subject matter expert
• Previous experience in a client-facing environment 

Qualifications for the Project Quality Manager:

• Member of the Chartered Quality Institute is desirable 

The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
