The Business Manager role is within our Cavendish Nuclear business

The role


The difference our new Business Manager will make


As a Business Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will be working in a key role in a 10-year major infrastructure program of in national deterrent. You will be key to winning new projects with our existing clients – specifically AWE.


Day to day, you’ll generate business cases and value propositions to present to clients. Once a business opportunity is identified, it will be your responsibility to put together the right people to prepare a proposal which you will then present to stakeholders. The role also involves management of graduates and junior members of staff.
