This Trainer role is based within our Aviation business area.

The role


The difference our new Aviation Trainer will make


As an Aviation Trainer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will play a key role in improving the technical and behavioural competencies of our various clients within the aviation sector.


Day to day, you’ll deliver training across a range of disciplines. You will also play a role in designing and developing training materials to help fill the gap in our customer’s training requirements. This includes PowerPoint presentations and training notes that meet legislative and quality requirements. The training delivered includes Human Factors, Continuation Training, Supervision and Leadership packages, Aviation Safety Management Systems, Civil and Military Aviation Authorities Regulations and technical training in support of Grob Tutor 115 E and 115 EA aircraft

Essential experience


  • Experience within the Aviation industry 
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability
  • Self-motivated with high levels of confidence, independence, and resourcefulness. 
  • Very high levels of attention to detail.
  • A flexible attitude that the role requires, when working independently, and as part of a team.
  • Experience delivering training preferred, however training can be provided for those without the relevant experience in training delivery
  • Aviation based technical certification e.g. BTEC Level 3 or equivalent desirable  
  • Recognised Instructor/Trainer Course e.g., BIT, TTT is desirable 
  • Computer literate: ability to produce training material including notes and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Obtain or have the ability to obtain SC Clearance
