Senior Trainer

Here at Babcock International we currently have an opportunity for a Senior Apprentice Trainer who will hold the purpose of coordinating and leading the development of curriculum programmes and academic delivery.
You will be providing technical level 3 training on light vehicle to apprentices for Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in Leamington Spa.


Areas in which you will be training individuals range from service & maintenance, engine maintenance and chassis.


What do I need to do the role?
We would like you to be a competent teacher/instructor with experience of delivering automotive training classes to a high standard.


We would also you like you to hold all or some of following:
Must have relevant vocational experience in a technical automotive environment
Produce schemes of work, lesson plans and course materials
Ability and proven experience of presenting technical training courses
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
