International Support Coordinator


About the role


Here at Babcock International, we’re looking to recruit an International Support Coordinator to coordinate all Customer Project activities in order to achieve Excellence in Customer Satisfaction.


You will be a primary point of contact for the client, and ensure that all concerns are swiftly addressed, and influence Babcock’s stakeholders to deliver in line with customer expectations.


Further responsibilities include;

• Deal effectively with all Customer concerns.
• Creation and submission of Management Information and reports.
• Constant review of SLA and KPI penalties contained within the Contract and Management of such accordingly


This is an exciting opportunity working within a varied role in a busy environment.


What do I need to do the role?


You will have previous experience within an automotive/engineering environment, and working experience of strategy and development, and financial budget and control.


You will have the ability to develop and maintain good internal relationships and act as a credible representative of the company to external parties.


You will also demonstrate excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
