In this role, you will:


  • Gain a deep understanding of business structure, processes, and interfaces
  • Develop a holistic view of operational and project performance (qualitative and quantitative) through data analysis and stakeholder engagement
  • Analyze complex operational and performance issues; generate insights and data driven solutions to optimize performance
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate project/program health, and highlight challenges and opportunities
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and enhance dashboards and reports to craft the narrative of overall project/program performance
  • Collate and report information such that key stakeholders are fully apprised of operational and project performance
  • Identify process improvement opportunities across all aspects of Operations performance reporting, and share best practices internally to optimize and improve capability
  • Work closely with IT/IS to develop reports, tools, and applications, etc.
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned


As our ideal candidate,


  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma, preferably in Business, Economics, Communications, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
  • You have four (4) or more years of relevant work experience
  • You have experience with Reporting/Analytics, and Data Mining
  • You have experience using Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • You have the ability to consolidate complex data / information into concise communication points
  • You are fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • You have excellent attention to detail and produce precise, high quality work
  • You are a self-starter, flexible, and thrive under pressure
  • You are eligible for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearances
